This 55 m² single-story accommodation features a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and a sofa bed in the living room. The property is air-conditioned, with bright and spacious living areas. The outdoors include a furnished terrace, barbecue, sun loungers, and a ping-pong table. Both the bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped (heated towel rail, hairdryer, shower gel/shampoo, electric stove and oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle). An electric vehicle charging station (Type 2 socket) is available for a small additional fee. The garden is fully enclosed, and dogs are welcome.
We are developing our guest hospitality in this little house with a gentle approach to the environment and a positive impact on our local area.

The garden is entirely closed and surrounded with trees. We maw part of the garden to share the space with biodiversity. A locked shed is available to store your equipment. We have 2 private parking spaces and an electric charging station (8€ tax incl. per night for a full electric car and 4€ tax incl. per night for an hybrid car, charged only per used night)

Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as shower gel and shampoo. Beds are ready upon arrival. We ask that the house and garden are given back clean upon departure (especially if you come with your dog or cat), but we do a deep cleaning after each departure of course.

Arrival
- Arrival is guaranteed from 3pm. We will be happy to welcome you earlier upon availability.

Departure
- Departure is requested before 11am. However, if the accomodation is not occupied the next evening (as it is often the case on Sundays for exemple), we will be happy to let you enjoy the day upon availability!

Cancellation/Prepayment/Deposit
- We require a 30% deposit upon booking (via bank transfer). This amount is refundable up to 5 days before arrival. If cancelled less than 5 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
- The remaining balance is due upon arrival at the property. Please note that we do not accept checks; payment must be made in cash or via bank transfer/Wero.
- For holiday periods and public holidays, we require a 30% deposit upon booking (via bank transfer). This amount is refundable up to 30 days before arrival. If cancelled less than 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
- No refunds are provided for early departure before the end of the booked stay.
- Once the reservation request is accepted, reservation will be confirmed upon reception of the deposit.

Bed linen and bath towels are included, and beds are made upon arrival. Shower gel and shampoo are also provided; we partner with Soin de Soi, a local artisan committed to creating 100% natural products made just outside Bordeaux!

Pets are allowed.
We warmly welcome pets! We kindly ask for your help in ensuring the accommodation and garden are left clean so that future guests can enjoy them as well. We also request that you bring a throw blanket for the sofa and/or a duvet cover to best protect the furnishings. A supplement of €15 per animal per stay applies.
